Refund policy
EXCHANGE POLICY
At Ocher Clothing, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure it meets your expectations.
Exchange Eligibility:
- Exchanges are available for domestic orders only.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at care@ocherexports.co] or calling +91-9828554408.
- Slight colour variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered valid reasons for exchange.
Exchange Process:
- A ₹200 processing fee per item applies to cover reverse logistics and inspection.
- Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 48–72 hours.
- After receiving and verifying the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement within 7–10 working days.
- Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a credit note valid for 30 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders (COD & domestic) may be cancelled within 24–48 hours of placement, whichever is earlier.
- Prepaid orders can be cancelled only in the form of a credit voucher.
- A ₹250 transaction fee applies when issuing credit notes.

- If Ocher Exports cancels an order due to unavailability or listing errors, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- International and prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
REFUND POLICY
- Refunds are not offered once a product is delivered.
- Refunds are issued only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — subject to verification. (Submission of a product-opening video is mandatory.)
- Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
