Refund policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

At Ocher Clothing, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure it meets your expectations.

Exchange Eligibility:

  1. Exchanges are available for domestic orders only.
  2. Products must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at care@ocherexports.co] or calling +91-9828554408.
  4. Slight colour variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered valid reasons for exchange.

Exchange Process:

  1. A ₹200 processing fee per item applies to cover reverse logistics and inspection.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 48–72 hours.
  3. After receiving and verifying the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement within 7–10 working days.
  4. Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a credit note valid for 30 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Orders (COD & domestic) may be cancelled within 24–48 hours of placement, whichever is earlier.
  2. Prepaid orders can be cancelled only in the form of a credit voucher.
  3. A ₹250 transaction fee applies when issuing credit notes.

  5. If Ocher Exports cancels an order due to unavailability or listing errors, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  6. International and prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

REFUND POLICY

  1. Refunds are not offered once a product is delivered.
  2. Refunds are issued only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — subject to verification. (Submission of a product-opening video is mandatory.)
  3. Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
